The Swiss Diamond 24 cm covered Saute Pan features a revolutionary and patented non-stick technology using diamond crystals to form a virtually indestructible non-stick cooking surface. The saute pan is made from a 6mm thick pressure cast aluminium which has a perfectly flat base for use on all ceramic, gas, and electric cook tops (Induction model 6724i available). The stay cool handle is ergonomically designed and is safe to use in an oven up to 260°C. The pan's diameter is 24 cm. The pan is safe for use in the dishwasher. The tempered see through glass lid features a handle that also is a vent for venting steam while cooking.
