The cast iron casserole is a flat base and handle pot that makes handling over an open fire or stove particularly easy. Stewed or cooked meat and fish variations, hearty stews or classic sauces can be achieved without a grip. With the casserole every dish benefits from the intensity of taste that preparing food in cast iron cooking equipment.

This characteristic taste experience is enhanced by a special aroma profile in the lid curve. Rising steam condenses on the inside of the lid and is passed through the profile points precisely and controlled into the pot. This preserves valuable aromas and the cooking, roasting or cooking food experiences an even result with an extra touch at all times. Side pouring aids also allow precise serving of sauces and facilitate the pouring of boiling water.
